My room was very spacious and clean. I did not encounter any issues with my stay. (4 days) very quiet and breakfast was decent. I was surprised how quiet the area was. Staff was able to check me in and when I needed a bandaid for my mother they gave me extra and ointment and alcohol pads. Hotel staff was very friendly. Definitely coming back

it was a clean suite. i loved the size of the kitchen and that i could close the doors to the sleeping area so the living and kitchen area could be it own space. reception was friendly. the one drawback is something that can't be changed: i was unable to park right in front of the room. but other than that, it was enjoyable.

The room was clean,but our coffee maker did not work and the toilet was malfunctioning. The room was a bit smelly upon entering but it was a pet friendly room which, to some extent, is to be expected. On a positive note, the grounds were nice, the breakkfast, included was good and the room was nice.

My three requests for a first floor was ignored, and help to move out was not possible. I am a 70 old with two bad knees and a stroke...and a car full of luggage that needed to be carried up and down the stairs. This caused me severe issues both on arrival and departing.

There were some wonderful aspects but for the cost we had to deal with dog poop on walkways, horrible road noise on Imperial hwy, violent people above us, 1 cleaning in 6 days, parking all closed for repair that was never done,

We have stayed here 3 times, and I would give it 5 stars except: (1) They put a $250 hold for "incidentals" on my credit card. Really? I'm 72 years old, did they think I was going to go American Band on the hotel room? And (2) Breakfast ends at 9am. I'm retired...nothing happens before 9am. Make it 10 or 109:30 like 95% of other hotels do. But yeah, the place is clean, quiet, and roomy. The beds are so-so, kind of firm, not great, but not bad either.
