This 1B/1B condo was gutted in early 2016 and completely remodeled to be the perfect getaway for any time of year. We work hard to keep it up to date. Modern design and appliances with high country touches, this retreat has a luxurious walk-in shower, heated bathroom floor, 2 LED TVs, leather furniture, KING size bed, and a living room window framing a spectacular view of Breckenridge Ski Area and the Ten Mile Range. Come to play or relax, but leave refreshed.

This unit is ideally situated to be able to take advantage of all that Breckenridge has to offer, with minimal driving: Two blocks from Breckenridge's Historic Main St, filled with fantastic cafes, restaurants and shops; Two blocks from Breckenridge Ski Area's BreckConnect Gondola with easy access to Peaks 6, 7 and 8; Three blocks from grocery store (City Market); Two blocks from Blue River Bikeway - a paved recreational trail providing easy access to Frisco, Cooper Mountain, Dillon, Keystone and Arapahoe Basin.
