This beautifully renovated 3 bed/3 bath town home is ideal for families or friends looking for luxury and comfort. Village Point 308 can accommodate up to 6 people with one king bedroom and two queen bedrooms. The primary bedroom is located upstairs with a gorgeous en-suite bath, king bed and private balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom also has a queen bed. . The open floor dining, kitchen and living room is the perfect setup for families to gather after a long day on the slopes. The lovely kitchen has quartz countertops and a spacious island with additional seating. You will find ample seating around the big screen tv and cozy gas fireplace. Walk or shuttle to the lifts. Store skis and snowboards in the private oversized garage. There is parking for 2 vehicles (one in the garage and one in the driveway). Washer and dryer in the unit. There are heated sidewalks to the unit from the garage and back. This unit does have stairs.

Overall Great Stay

Our group of 8 (6 adults and 2 kids) stayed comfortably in this clean and convenient property. There are two bus stops that are very walkable from the unit and are easy to get to and from Peak 9 (Beaver Run) for easy skiing. We walked to dinner (10-15 minute walk) on Main Street most nights. Inside was clean and updated. There are 2 parking spots with one in garage and one right behind; this was ok for the most part but a little inconvenient when part of the group went to ski and the other stayed behind and wanted a car to get around. The visitor spots near the unit are closely monitored and not an option for parking a second car for the day. Just something to be aware of if traveling with two cars/groups. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this property for visits to Breck!

Great house with great property management.

We had a great stay at this property. The property managers were friendly and answered our questions in a very timely manner. The house was as nice as advertised and is in a great location. Easy to walk to town and to the ski slopes.

Property Misrepresentation and Fraud by Property Management Company

We only had one issue w/ the property, but it was a MASSIVE one and totally changed and ruined our group's vacation together, we were split up as a result, & not able to all stay at the property as a result. The Prop Mgmt Company had the Property listed on VRBO for multiple months as a 4BR when it is not a 4BR, it is a 3BR. In addition, there were also other multiple omissions & failures in the listing details as well. During our ruined stay, the Prop Mgmt Company sidestepped responsibility, nobody took ownership or action to make an adjustment to our $ - just 'passing the buck'- and they also failed to follow up or respond in any way to us on the Monday after the wknd despite us being told in writing that they would. After 4 days and many hours on phone and email w/ VRBO & the Prop Mgmt Company during our vacation wknd, with no real action to make things right by agreeing to discuss a partial refund, the Prop Mgmt company then turned around & accused us of "threatening" them in an email, when in fact due to their failures, not ours, we simply just informed them in writing what actions we would be forced to take if they were unwilling to discuss a partial refund arrangement for their listing errors. It's sad that our group as of today is left with no other option than to proceed w/formally reporting the Property to the City Of Breckenridge, and filing a Small Claims Lawsuit in Summit County Court against the Property Management Company and VRBO for a partial refund.
