First the good.. the condo is as pictured with updated decor and a LOT of lighting, something not often found in ski condos. The condo is well stocked with paper towels, toilet paper and small bottles of toiletries in the bathroom. The condo is well situated located near the Quicksilver chair on peak 9. You can walk past the pool to the lift or take the brown bus from Mill Road to other locations on the mountain or in town. Download the transit app. Areas for improvement mostly surround customer service. I was texted before I arrived and was told to text if I had concerns. While this initially seemed great, none of my concerns were addressed by the texts which sounded like they were written by an AI agent. Most upsetting, I had to spend 20 minutes on the phone with the internet company to fix a wifi issue. For future, call the office (which is only open until 5 - not so helpful for a ski schedule).The management company also has to put more effort into maintaining the condo. From a dirty oven to loose knobs on the toilet and bathroom sink, this great condo will lose its cache if attention to detail is not maintained.
