Beautiful mountain living 1/4 mile below the base of Breckenridge Ski Resort! The gondola is one stop away on the free shuttle and the condo is the first stop when you're finished skiing or riding. In the summer and fall, access to trails and mountain biking is right out the door and the Adventure Park is a short walk/bus ride away. The Nordic Center (cross country skiing and snowshoe treks) is less than a 5 minute walk down the hill. Walk a mile (downhill) to town or take the free shuttle. There are several world class ski areas within driving distance or transfer from the shuttle to bus service. Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, and Copper Mountain are approximately 30-60 minutes away. Fresh Tracks Transportation will take you to Vail for $45 per person RT ($40 for groups of 4 or more). Mountain Paradise has plenty of room as your base camp for Breck adventures.
NO CAR NECESSARY! Take van transport from the airport and let the Summit Stage free shuttle/bus system be your driver.

Feels like home, great location

The home is nicely equipped with everything you need. The living area/kitchen is perfect for hanging out. Best comfort feature is consistent heating in every room - hard to find in mountain condos. Easy walk to ski shuttle - or - we walked with 9yr old to/fr peak 8 lifts. Nice access. Also a ski-back option (didn't use it tho)
