Perfect property for a family weekend! We had a group of 14 to celebrate the engagement of our daughter and it was PERFECT! Very large, extremely well equipped kitchen. The beds were super comfortable and the sheets were fantastic. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out, with a pool table and foosball table in the basement, along with a theatre room. Will definitely book this wonderful property again.

We booked for a family gathering to celebrate birthdays with family that live all around the world. This property had the perfect amount of space for our group of 13, which included a 9 year old and an 11 month old. The kitchen and pool table/bar areas were our favorite! This is a beautiful property that was perfect for our annual family vacation for 14. Great location, lots of space and sooo many amenities! We loved the hot tub, gym, sauna and movie theater. Really well stocked kitchen with double ovens and double dishwashers made cooking a breeze. We loved cooking with the Weber grill. Cozy living room with fireplace was a great spot to enjoy morning coffee. Rustic cabin feel added to the feeling of being in a true mountain home! Super easy check in and check out. Wonderful stay!

Well appointed Breck home

The home was very comfortable for our annual guys trip we’ve been doing for 17 years. The house was well stocked to suit all of our cooking and entertaining needs. Beds were very comfortable and the house well maintained. Location was superb and near Peak 8. I would definitely stay here again.
