The Space:

Snuggle up with your loved ones next to the warmth of the wood fireplace as you sip on a cup of hot cocoa. Watch your favorite show or movie on the flat-screen TV while you rest and unwind from an entire day of exploring.
Breathe in the fresh mountain air as you gaze at the gorgeous glow of the sunset on the private balcony. Don't forget to enjoy a nightcap as you look for a shooting star in the tranquil space on the balcony.
A fully-equipped kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances is available for guests, where you will have everything needed to prepare a delicious homemade meal. For a full night of uninterrupted sleep, the main bedroom features a lovely king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, ample closet space, and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. At the end of the hallway, the second bedroom features a twin over full bunk bed with a twin-size trundle, a flat-screen TV, and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo around the corner.
The laundry room with a washer/dryer combo is available in the hallway, located between both bedrooms.

Guest will have access to the entire home, a private balcony, and 2 parking spots in the lot outside.
The Neighborhood:
Conveniently located in one of the best neighborhoods in Breckenridge, you are within walking distance to the Four O'Clock Ski Run. The historic downtown is within a 15-minute bus ride, where you will have access to multiple restaurants, breweries, local markets, museums, and other entertainment options you won't want to miss.
Getting Around:
From this lovely condo, you can easily walk to the Four O'Clock Ski Run located across the street. The Breck Free Ride bus is a convenient option, with the Gold Camp bus stop within a 6-minute walk from the condo. The Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around historic downtown. Uber/Lyft are always available.

Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C.
Please note that to access the unit, you need to go up five flights of stairs.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

House Rules:
• No smoking
• Pets are not allowed
• No parties or events
• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
