Hop on the Snowflake Chairlift or hike the Sawmill Reservoir Trail, both of which are out the back door! Quiet building has indoor/outdoor hot tubs, sauna, steam room, fitness center, parking garage, elevator, grills, ski lockers and bike racks. Sleeps 10 with 3 primary bedrooms and a den area. This location is hard to beat!

Location: • Riverbend building is located directly next to the Snowflake Lift and the bottom of Snowflake Run. *Snowflake Lift and/or Snowflake Run may be closed early and/or late season and are subject to snowpack and mountain conditions. It is the guest's responsibility to be aware of mountain terrain statuses and operations. • There is a lift ticket office, spa (The Spa at Breckenridge) and rental shop (we have discounts for rentals!) in the building next door, on the other side of the Snowflake Lift. • There is a bus stop located just a short walk away (100 yards) for free and easy transportation to Beaver Run and downtown Breckenridge. • The Sawmill Creek Reservoir hiking trail is located just outside the building. This trail follows a beautiful creek up to a reservoir with great views. This trail connects to miles of trails that criss cross the Ten Mile Range. • Mountain biking trails can be accessed across the street for miles of biking. • The building is located just 3 blocks from Main Street (note that walking back to the building is up a slight hill)
Occupancy Limit: 10 Parking Limit: 2 - There is one dedicated parking spot and one unassigned spot in the garage. Additional vehicles or vehicles that are unable to fit in a standard parking spot/or enter the garage (garage height limit 6'9") will have to park at one of the overnight pay lots in Breckenridge; Airport Rd or the Ice Rink Lot. Provided Items: • The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge. • The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer. • There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own Pack N Play crib sheets. • Hot tub towels are provided

Guest access Ski Out Directions: • Take the Snowflake Lift located directly next to the building. From the Snowflake Lift you can ski down to Peak 8 or Peak 9 base areas.
Ski In Directions: • Ski down the Snowflake Run down to the bottom where it terminates at the Snowflake Lift/Riverbend Lodge and walk back to the building. • You can also ski down 4 O'Clock Run and follow signs to the Snowflake Lift. This will bring you to just across the street from the Riverbend Building.
Other things to note » The minimum age to rent is 25. » There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required during this time. » Property mountain access details and ski in/ski out (if applicable) designations are dependent on open lifts and runs. Guests are responsible for being aware of the Breckenridge Ski Area lift and terrain statuses. » This house is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft. We recommend visiting the CDC website for more information on traveling to high altitudes. » There is no air conditioning and most properties in the area do not have it due to the mild summer weather and the fact that it cools down significantly at night. » Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters. » Weather in the mountains can be unpredictable, and travel disruptions may occur. This was the perfect ski in/ski out location. The condo is at the bottom of the Snowflake lift. It is very very spacious and well maintained. We will definitely book this spot again.

Mudroom outside of elevator made ski days so easy, condo was very clean, organized, plenty of room for 2 families. Only complaint was those who stayed in the bunk room found it very stuffy and hot, fans helped a little but we found that if they kept the door open and we kept the other bedroom doors open with the windows cracked they did get some cooler air.

This condo was way nicer than we expected. It was absolutely perfect for a ski vacation with our friends. The personal elevator that goes directly to your room from your car, parked in the garage is very convenient, as well as the personal storage space at the bottom of the elevator.

Everything about this condo was great! We loved the dedicated parking place right next to the elevator to our unit. Unpacking and packing was so easy and we kept our e-bikes in the vestibule which was a good safe place. It was also nice to have a safe place for our guests to park when they came. Since it was summer, there were plenty of extra spaces in the garage.The unit was fully stocked with everything we needed and it was clean and almost like new. The bedrooms were perfect and I loved the big jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom. A really cool surprise was the constant sound of the creek nearby - it made sitting on the balcony and having the windows open soooo peaceful. The location next to the snowflake lift was awesome for summer hiking. There's very little parking at this trailhead, but we had our own private path that joined the trail. We rode our bikes to town for dinner each night and used the shared hot tub a few times. We also loved the good assortment of games which kept the grandkids happy!Also, kudos to the management team. An electrical storm took out our elevator fuse one night but they got it fixed the very next morning.The wifi was great, the appliances were great - we simply had everything we needed for our 3 week stay! All the supplies were fully stocked for our stay - toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, laundry soap, tissue, etc.
