Please note: There is no elevator in the building, so guests will need to be comfortable climbing stairs. There is one set from the exterior of the building up to the front door of the condo (located on the 2nd floor of the building) and another set from the front door up to the main living area of the condo (the 3rd floor of the building). One more set takes you up to the bunk room (4th floor).
Parking: The condo comes with one (1) underground parking spot in the heated garage. Space is available for a second car in the surface lot on a first come, first-served basis. Additional or oversized vehicles will need to park at either the Ice Rink (3 minute drive) or Airport Road overnight pay lots. Information and rates can be found at BreckPark.
Location: • Brief walk to the Quicksilver Lift at base of Peak 9 and The Village Ski School (approximately 200 yards from the condo). *Please note that Peak 9 may be closed early and/or late season and are subject to snowpack and mountain conditions. It is the guest's responsibility to be aware of mountain terrain statuses and operations. • Walkable to Main Street Station shops and restaurants (approximately 200 yards). Main Street is just on the other side of Main Street Station.
Guests have access to the Columbine pool: • Approximately a 2 minute walk from the condo. It features 4 outdoor hot tubs and an outdoor heated pool. • Winter hours are 12pm-9pm • Summer hours are 10am-9pm. • This location is closed fall and spring. Current planned pool closure dates: - Spring Maintenance 2026: 4/26/2026 – 5/21/2026 - Fall Maintenance 2026: 9/27/26 - early or mid October • The Clubhouse is located down a short path from the building (approximately 100 yards). Please adhere to the Columbine Pool Rules listed in the house manual.

We loved staying in this condo. Everything was perfect. Our group of 10 had plenty of room to spread out, or to gather together for meals, games and socializing. Being able to easily walk to the ski lift and the town was fantastic. Several members of our group enjoyed the hot tub after skiing. Communication was great, supplies were well stocked, and getting into and around the condo was very easy.
