Guest access
Guests have full access to Suite 8312 and all One Ski Hill Place resort amenities — the heated indoor pool, full-service spa, outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, steam room, sauna, bowling alley, movie theater, billiards lounge, game rooms, media lounge, and private guest locker room. One reserved space in the heated underground garage is included. The complimentary resort shuttle provides on-demand transportation anywhere in town within five minutes.

Access is via electronic key cards and parking passes issued at check-in.

Other things to note
Before your stay, we'll ask you to complete a quick identity verification through our guest portal — it takes just a few minutes and ensures every Gilson stay is seamless and secure. A valid driver's license and rental agreement are all that's needed to confirm your check-in details.

A $250 security deposit is collected prior to arrival — similar to a hotel holding a credit card on file — and released in full after checkout once all access items are returned. Guests may also choose a non-refundable Damage Waiver instead, selected during the pre-arrival verification process.
