Great Location! Great Condo! Ski in/out condo, 2 blocks away from Main street Breckenridge. Enjoy our cozy and accommodating condo on your ski vacation and adventures. Fully equipped kitchen with Kurig style coffee maker and expresso maker. The bar top, comforting living room with shuffle board, games, and TV. Warm up by our Fireplace and enjoy your favorite warm beverage on a cold winter night. Outdoor patio with BBQ, and comfortable Queen bed to rejuvenate after a long day on the mountain.
Updated and well appointed condo well suited for the weekend adventurer or for a longer stay for your expedition. New granite counter tops and well equipped kitchen provides ease of meals for a quick access to the Peak 9 quicksilver superchair lift that is a 100 yard walk right out the back of the condo building. Comfortable living room arrangements with gas fireplace for the warmth and ambiance for those snowy nights after day on the mountain or shopping in town. 48" Smart tv is great for cozy movie nights or for putting on the game. Full sized shuffle board and games and puzzles are available for a fun game night and friendly challenges. Rest on our comfortable queen bed and recharge for the next day. The queen bed is situated with a studio type layout for a spacious layout, but there is a room dividing curtain that can provide privacy and room separation (see photos). We have 2 additional cots with extra linens that can be used as additional beds and the couch is Luv Sac that can be re arranged for a larger bed or as it is for a sleeping space. The bathroom has new tiled shower with sliding glass doors, we provide soaps, shampoo and conditioners. They are of a basic quality so if you have product you prefer your should at that to your packing list. We do have a balcony with a couple Adirondack chairs for relaxing, and also a propane BBQ. The free parking at trails end are for guest and residence only, lot spaces are a first come first serve basis. To sum it up this a perfect condo and location for everything Breckenridge and the Colorado mountain have to offer.

The in-building hot tub is undergoing renovations until September of 2025. But the good news is that there are indoor and outdoor pools and tub accessible with a short walk across the street for our guest to use!
