The hotel is clean, offers good amenities and is ideally situated in Breckenridge. You can walk to Main Street and to the gondola and ski all the way back to the hotel. The staff is excellent to help you and to respond to your needs. This hotel is showing its age and it needs to be refreshed. The room cleaning is not included in the price.

This property is great for me. I enjoy dining out on occasion but prefer cooking. There was a full-kitchen and full-sized refrigerator so i was able to bring food with me. Lovely balcony - sat outside for a bit (it is winter but the sun is warm). Comfortable bed.

The room had a lot of wear and tear. The sink in the main floor bathroom has a bunch of dings in it and was starting to rust. The counter tops were also dinged. The bed on the main floor was so uncomfortable. The mattress was thin that you felt each of the wooden slots underneath.

Booked for 4 people, arrived and the room was only 1x queen bed. We told the staff and they told us sheets were in the cupboard and we had to pull out and make the sofa bed ourselves. There is no heater in the room. You need to pay extra to have the room turned over and they don’t change your towels. Considering how cramped the room was, this was frustrating to find out. Only 1x coffee packet was provided for 4 x nights. Room/hotel quite old and run down, doesn’t look like photos. Other than the above, location was incredible! Close to ski lift, great tiki bar under hotel. Staff were helpful.

Good experience, proximal to Breckenridge town, restaurants and shopping stores. Had one night where water was forcefully coming out of the ceiling in the parking garage and we had to evacuate but other that that nice local snow lodge in the mountains in Colorado!

Nice stay in this cozy property. Very attentive staff. Convenient location walkable to main st restaurants and Gandola. Especially liked that I could keep my car in garage until 4 PM after checkout which allowed me to have a full day of skiing before driving off to my next location.
