The perfect spring break getaway for you and your family! Ski-in, Ski-out, ski lockers, heated indoor parking, right on Breckenridge Peak 8 at the Grand Colorado. 1,300 square feet sleeps eight and features king beds in both bedrooms, a large soaking tub in the master bathroom, two queen sleeper sofas, fully stocked high-end kitchen, flat-screen TVs, a fireplace and a washer/dryer. One bedroom is a lock-off unit, and if you only want one bedroom, we can accommodate. Beautiful property with on-site spa, Grato with steam and dry sauna, cold plunge pool and hot tub, plus indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs right on the slopes! Don't forget to use the family game room, movie rooms, and gym. Want to get to town and don't want to drive? Call the shuttle and they will pick you up and take you wherever you want to go.

Amazing stay, great host

Ann is a great host and communicator. Had one slight issue, based on email technicalities, and she was able to resolve right away. Answers calls/text right away and also makes suggestions for the tenants renting the unit. Would stay again Thanks Ann
