Walking distance to downtown for shopping/dining, the base of Peak 9, and steps from a free shuttle stop. Private one car garage and one outdoor parking spots, full washer/dryer, gas fireplace, and porch with grill.

Condo amenities: outdoor hot tub, fitness room, steam sauna, game room w/pool table, foosball, air hockey, TV, and lounge area.
