In summer, the Breckenridge Bike Park, Peak 8 hiking trail network, and lift-accessed hiking are all out the front door. No car, no shuttle, no planning required.

Guests have full, private access to Unit 8506 and the complete One Ski Hill Place resort — the heated indoor pool, full-service spa, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, steam room, sauna, bowling alley, movie theater, billiards lounge, game rooms, and private guest locker room. One reserved space in the heated underground garage is included. The complimentary resort shuttle runs on demand anywhere in Breckenridge within five minutes. Airport transportation to and from Denver International or Eagle County Airport is available through your guest portal.
