We are a premium ski in and ski out property located above the Peak 8 base of The Breckenridge Ski Resort. The rate posted is for 18 guests with 5 vehicles. What Makes The Hacienda GREAT. 1. The Hacienda - 9 Private Ensuites 6 are King Beds 2 are Queen beds and 1 is a four bunk room All with Private Baths...... 10 total bathrooms. You do not have to wait, to use your bathroom! Large Kitchen with seating for 20. lots of Beer Fridges and a hot tub overlooking your Private SKi Run. Our HUGE Parking lets you park so you do not have to block your buddy in. So he does not need to wake you up for the keys so he can move your car..👌 WE are a Local Family Owned and Operated business with pride of ownership. We are here for you. The Hacienda is perfect for beginner skiers. We do not get much snow here, so that gives beginners the advantage of really learning the basics of skiing without fighting tons of snow.

Parking is professionally designed so 5 cars can park without any blocking

This home is so nice, you do not have to wait in line at the gondola to go skiing or worse is when you have to wait in line for gondola to get off the mountain; can be a very long line. you are on the mountain and can go skiing whenever you want.
