Relax in mountain modern decor and an open floor plan complete with a stone gas fireplace, a spacious and well equipped kitchen, and expansive windows framing the beautiful views of Breckenridge. The three large bedrooms and three full bathrooms will provide enough space and privacy for the whole family or for a few families traveling together.

Located in the heart of Breckenridge, enjoying the best of both worlds with easy access to town and the mountain is a breeze. With the Quicksilver Lift just a few minute walk from the front door, you will be hitting the slopes effortlessly. Main Street shops and restaurants of downtown Breckenridge are also right outside of your door.
Getting Around:
You can easily get away without renting a car at this house. It is close enough to everything you will need. Parking: There is only one parking spot in the garage. The garage is 18’ 2” long with door closed so will only fit mid size/normal size vehicles. There is a first come, first serve parking spot outside. Otherwise, extra overnight parking can be found at the ice rink or at the airport Rd overnight parking area for a small nightly fee. There really is no need for a car or vehicle when staying at this home. It is centrally located and in the middle of everything.

Cancellation Policy: Once the reservation is confirmed and the first portion of the payment has been made, those funds are non refundable. The remaining balance will be due thirty days before your arrival. Once the balance is paid, that portion is also non-refundable. If the ski area shuts down or a public health order prevents us from hosting you during your reserved time, you will be eligible for a full refund or will be able to reschedule. Location, location, location
The property had a great location. Once there, you can park your vehicle. Everything from food, shopping and the lift is within walking distance. The 2 drawbacks were parking and walkways. The garage is very tight and did not fit our SUV. Other parking is hard to find. It snowed on and off for three days and no one shoveled or plowed until the last day. Otherwise, check-in was easy, three full baths, modern furnishings, and the location was great! M. Boles

Perfect Location!
This was a great location to walk everywhere on Main Street from shopping to dining to the gondola! There were 5 of us with more than enough room for our two week stay. We enjoyed the hot tub almost daily and the pool (fyi) is across Main Street but a super easy walk. Our condo/porch was a gorgeous view of the mountains, the neighbors who lived there were very friendly and helpful also. You can also walk to the grocery store. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place but NOT a 2 minute walk to the lift
We overall really enjoyed our recent stay. The unit was well appointed, clean and comfortable for all. The town is great as was the skiing. The single parking space worked well for us and there were no maintenance issues during out stay. The hot tub next door was unfortunately cold due to maintenance the day we attempted to use it. While the unit is overall a good location within Breckenridge and an easy walk into town... it is NOT a 2 minute walk to the closest lift as advertised in the listing title (and something we were willing to pay extra for, especially when our other consideration was ski in/out). I would certainly not recommend doing this walk in ski boots. Even in regular shoes it was approximately a 10 minute walk to the lift (Google maps lists it at 12 minutes).

Summer Get Away
This was our third summer visit to Breckenridge and this was by far the best condo to date. Our only complaint was the trash can was separated by waste and recyclables (which we appreciated) but both bags went into the same dumpster? An additional parking place would also have been helpful.
