Recently built, detached house located on a working farm (organic cereals), near the owner's accommodation and two other gîtes. Ground floor: living room/kitchen, lounge, utility room, bathroom (bathtub, shower), WC, 4 bedrooms (1 queen bed) (1 queen bed) (2 single beds) (1 double bed), shower room/WC. Wi-Fi. Cot and high chair available on request. Private landscaped grounds of 500 m², with a front terrace and a rear terrace (bioclimatic pergola), an outbuilding with a table and barbecue. One adult bicycle and two children's bicycles are available. Swing. Fishing in a private pond 500 m away. Options:
End-of-stay cleaning: €100/stay; Bed linen rental (1 or 2 people): €20/stay (beds made upon arrival if this option is selected); Towel rental: €8/stay;
