Kleinigkeiten machen einen Unterschied

Das Fenster war den ganzen Tag gekippt. Nach meiner Monierung wurde es tagsüber geschlossen. Als aber ein neues Bett ins Zimmer kam, wurde das Fenster erneut gekippt und stand offen. Ich musste es bei meiner Rückkehr wieder schließen. Zum Frühstück sollte es auch Naturjoghurt und Vollkornbrötchen geben.

wir haben nicht das Zimmer bekommen das wir gebucht haben. Morgens gab es dann 10%Ermäßigung auf den Zimmerpreis und einen Kaffee, das war ok.

Es war nicht das was ich gebucht habe. Das Wasser lief nicht in der Dusche ab und im Waschbecken. Es gab keinen Badewanne!

Posivtiv: nettes Personal gute Lage saubere Zimmer Negativ: Badezimmer zu klein wenn man auf Toilette ist ist der Handtuchhalter im . Die Duschtür unpraktisch. Expedia: ich werde nicht mehr über Expedia buchen da meine Kreditkarte belastet wurde obwohl Barzahlung vereinbart war. Da Expedia kein Vertrauen zu mir hat habe ich jetzt keins mehr zu Expedia.

Dreckiger Boden, alter, versiffter Teppich, schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, nicht gerad modern, durchlegene Betten, beim Check-Inn in bereite bewohntes Zimmer hereingeplatzt... gute Lage Nähe Bahnhof und Viertel.
