The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn off heat in summer months. Place used towels and bed sheets in tub. Start dish washer or wash all dishes and return to shelves. Remove any food from fridge or freezer that you brought in.
Leave porch light on. Press lock on keypad as you depart.
Place trash in bin, if a Tuesday take bin to the curb for Wednesday am pick up.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Any service animal, the guest will be charged a pet fee of $200. Place garbage in trash bin under carport before departure.
A neighbor cat (gray) tries to come in house and hangs around- not owners cat- do not leave doors open as cat will try to sneak into the house.
Leave all bedding and towels in tub before departure. Wash dishes. Leave porch light on.

Nice place. Roomy. Kitchen was nice, but needs salt. The bed was not comfy to my liking at all. Location was great for us. Tammy was a great and attentive hostess.

You have a lovely home. The sitting area is comfortable, the TV is very nice, your kitchen is great. Loved having several pans to cook with. The bathroom towels are great. I would rent again as it is proximity to my friends. Thank you.
