This incredibly delightful little beach front home is the perfect Pacific Northwest getaway. It provides serene natural lighting and magnificent waterfront views. When the weather is clear, plan on seeing Mount Rainier from the balcony overlooking the water. Breath the salty ocean air and listen to the waves lap as you relax on the cushioned outdoor chairs. Watch the ferries slowly roll past during the day and admire the dazzling sunsets each night.
The little cottage is fully furnished in a cozy and nautical style with tranquil colors. Unwind in the snug living room and enjoy the large flat screen tv or the view through the sliding glass door. There are plentiful books, toys and games all within easy reach.
Located on one of the area's few sandy beaches, get ready for some beach-combing, sunbathing, sandcastle building and fishing. You can often spot seals and sea otters in the water as well as eagles that often nest in the trees surrounding the house. Occasionally, deer can be spotted and of course there is the familiar presence of seagulls.
After a long day of fun, take advantage of comfy beds with fresh linens. The Master Bedroom presents a queen bed, two large windows facing toward the water and a spacious walk-in closet. The bathroom includes a bidet and a curtained shower with detachable shower head. The large vanity and mirror is in between the Master bedroom and bathroom.
