The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is not well-maintained. The hot tub at the pool looked "green", and the tv in my room didn't work. Overall maintenance is lacking.

The rooms was very nice . The bed-pillows was very nice ! Very clean with plenty of towels . The pool area was nice and clean . Breakfast was very good ! Lots of choices . The Staff was super nice especially the older lady that was working Sunday Morning She was Super Sweet and kept everything filled and clean . I will stay here again when I come to visit my Family .

This place was awful! We left less than an hour after arriving. I am highly allergic to mold and from the moment we entered our room I was hit hard. The moldy, mildewy smell was the first thing we noticed. Everything in the room was damp, bed linen, carpet, and the sofa my nephew was supposed to sleep on, all of it. I immediately called Hotels.com and they began working to get me a refund. Manager refused to refund the 1st night even though we literally stayed less than an hour. I am still waiting to hear back about they other 2 nights. Please if you value your health, don't stay at this hotel.

Very old and needs to be remodeled. Bathroom looked dirty. Toilet and shower need upgraded plumbing. Comfortable bed, but whole hotel needs to be redone.
