Casa Mary is located in Castello di Brenzone, above the church, and has a total of three holiday flats. This new one-room flat is located on the ground floor and has a living space of approx. 30 square metres. It has a separate entrance into the living/bedroom with a double bed and a dining area as well as a kitchenette with 2 electric hobs, coffee machine, fridge and toaster, separated by a curtain. The bathroom has a shower, WC and a washing mat, satellite TV, heating, wifi, hairdryer and iron. Washing machine. In front of the flat there is a private terrace with garden furniture, parasols and two deckchairs and a great lake view. There is a parking space on the property as well as a garden with an outdoor barbecue, seating area and sun loungers for communal use and a cosy atmosphere. The garden is a dream, very well maintained, sunbeds, wooden benches, fireplace with barbecue, a view over Lake Garda on the west side, like a postcard motif, beautiful location with a view of the lake, very quiet and without traffic in the vicinity, pets are allowed. This small apartment is perfect for two people. It has recently been completely renovated and the ceiling height is 2.10 metres.
Access to the house is via a closed path and then with very little traffic. The beach is 1 km away. It is also accessible via a path (500 m). There is a good restaurant in the village (m. 200). The house is surrounded by nature. On the ground floor there is a spacious terrace and a garden with sun loungers for the common use of the three flats. In the terrace there are tables, chairs, barbecue and parasols and outside in a cupboard there is a washing machine. There are several possibilities to go for a walk.
There is a private terrace with dining area and lake view, private car park, a garden with deckchairs. Always on the ground floor there is a room with washing machine and space for bicycles. The beach is 1000 metres away by car or reachable by foot (500 metres), restaurant in the village (about 200 metres). The nearest shopping centre is in Brenzone (1 km) or in Porto (500 m). Casa Mary is located in a very quiet village, far from the traffic of the Gardesana road and close to the many paths.
