Very nice place
Very nice place, grate view, grate location. Private parking. Only difficulty was the host didn't answer on vrbo, the phone number also wasn't the right one . But in the end we could communicate with the host.

Great
Super clean,the apartment has everything you need.Owner,really,really friendly, beautiful garden,pets are welcomed. Supermarket right downstairs,parking near, restaurants 200 m away.A but lout during the working hours,become of Traffic,but not overly so. Brezone ist small,but really nice located between all the other sightseeing places and you don't have the big tourist groups there.It was a really nice stay. We will probably return.Thanks again.

Schöne Aussicht gute Lage
Die Kommunikation vor Urlaubsantritt und am Anreisetag war sehr gut, auch die Hilfestellungen von Tulan zu unseren Fragen waren toll. Verbesserungsvorschläge: Ein Spiegel und Garderobe wäre toll. Es gibt leider nur den Spiegel im Bad. Außerdem könnte der Bestand an Kaffeetassen (6) und Weingläsern (2) erhöht werden.

Bien mais bruyant
Appartement conforme à la description et propre. Bonne communication avec la propriétaire. Seul point négatif le bruit. L'appartement est situé au bord de la route principale du lac et le flot de voiture est incessant ce qui est très dérangeant pour rester sur la terrasse qui pourtant a une vue magnifique. Nous y avons séjourné sur la semaine du 15/08 ce qui peut expliquer peut être le nombre de voitures.

Die Wohnung bot uns alles, was wir brauchten. Eigene Garage ist sehr praktisch, der Laden direkt unterm Haus ebenso. Der Blick auf den See ist grandios.

Gute Lage mit geringen Einschränkungen
Das Objekt liegt in Brenzone, für uns perfekt als Start für alle Unternehmungen, und ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die direkte Umgebung bietet alles, was für die Selbstversorgung erforderlich ist (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Fleischer, Apotheke, Restaurants,….). Auch der Weg zum Wasser ist perfekt. Man muss jedoch mit dem Straßenlärm zurechtkommen. Das betrifft jedoch fast alle Wohnungen in dieser Lage und es gibt durchaus Möglichkeiten damit klar zu kommen. Klimaanlage gibt es keine (für uns auch nicht notwendig), aber in allen Schlafräumen Ventilatoren. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr unkompliziert, freundlich und zielführend.

Eine tolle Fewo mit kleinen Abstrich
Wir durften hier einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt genießen. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig und hübsch eingerichtet, die Betten sind gut, die Küche gut ausgestattet, Spülmaschine und toller Gasherd. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch, wir konnten beim Essen immer den tollen See bewundern. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hat alles gut erklärt. Der kleine Garten hinter dem Haus lädt zum Verweilen ein. Auch ein Parkplatz ist vorhanden, was top ist. Einziges Manko, aber das wussten wir, ist die Lautstärke. Direkt an der Hauptstraße gelegen, hört man leider auch nachts die Autos. Aber wenn man sich darauf einstellt, sollte das passen. Vielen Dank für alles.

Alles super - vielen Dank
Die Wohnung liegt zentral im kleinen Örtchen Brenzone. Einkaufsladen, Apotheke, Hafen sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Garage ist bei den Parkpreisen Gold wert. Doch am besten: dieser Ausblick! Das Frühstück/ Abendessen bei dieser Kulisse werden wir vermissen.
