Really enjoyed the cookie at the check-in and our room was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. We stayed here just one night whilst commuting to Lake Garda. Lovely hotel, staff were really friendly & we had a junior suite which was fabulous. Pool area was lovely & clean although the pool was freezing but not complaining as it was welcomed with the blistering sun.

I had a lovely stay — the hotel was quiet and peaceful, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. It’s also very conveniently located, just a short walk from the metro, which made getting around the city incredibly easy. The pool area was a nice bonus — clean and relaxing — and the virtual service made lounging at the pool nice. I always look forward to the warm chocolate chip cookies (still just as delicious!), and I want to give a special mention to Francesco at the front desk. He was kind, soft-spoken, and made the experience feel personal and welcoming. Highly recommend for a comfortable, well-located stay with thoughtful touches.
