Ideally located 400m from the heart of Brétignolles-sur-Mer, with its shops, covered market, and twice-weekly market, this charming, recently renovated, single-story country house features an entrance hall with a built-in wardrobe. This hall leads to all the rooms of the house.
A fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment) opens onto the living room (table, chairs, sideboard), which in turn opens onto a lounge/relaxation area (corner sofa, coffee table, flat-screen TV).
There is also a shower room (vanity unit, shower, towel warmer) and a separate WC.
The sleeping area comprises three bedrooms: Bedroom 1: a double bed (160cm) + wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: a double bed (140cm) + walk-in closet.
Bedroom 3: one double bed (140cm) + one bunk bed (2 x 90cm) + wardrobe-style storage.
The living room opens onto the front of the house with a south-facing enclosed garden furnished with garden furniture, a parasol, two sun loungers, and a charcoal barbecue.
There is also a garage used as a bicycle storage area with a washing machine. Parking for three cars is available on the property.
