Very nice, newly constructed home with a great layout for our family. The interior finishes were nice and the house was clean but could have been touched up a bit prior to our arrival as there were overhead light bulbs that needed to be replaced as well as the upstairs shower curtain. Beds were comfortable and the bedding was nice. The upstairs was not conditioned upon our arrival but didn’t take too long to cool down once we turned the split units on in each upstairs bedroom and left the doors open to the common area and bathroom in between. Overall the home was exactly has described except for the “mountain view” can be a little misleading. The outside deck is lovely as described however we unfortunately did not spend much time outdoors as the shirtless, underwear clad neighbor across the road was very vocal. We appreciated the privacy gate/fence and felt very secure but unfortunately the fence did little to block the view or noise from the “Breaking Bad” scene across the road. I completely understand that the cleaniness of the neighbor’s yard or their enter action with guests staying on the property can not be controlled by the Host but potential guest should be aware. We did unexpectedly have an additional guest, my son who attends Brevard College. He wanted a break from college dorm life and a chance to shower in a larger bathroom than his dorm. I appreciate the Hosts understanding as I know the excitement of his arrival caused alarm that we were having a “gathering”.
