Enjoy your Cape Cod escape at this immaculate and remodeled 3 Bedroom 2 Bath home with three finished levels in the popular Brewster Seaview Community. Neighborhood amenities include direct access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail at the end of the street, a pickleball and tennis court across the street, shuffle board, picnic area and a Little Free Library. The spacious and sunny main level offers large living room w/tons of seating and large TV, the dining room with access to the deck, a beautifully remodeled kitchen and primary bedroom w/king bed and just remodeled full bathroom. The upper level has two bedrooms - a queen bedroom and a bunkroom with two sets of double/twin bunk beds and the second full bath. Fully finished walk-out basement with large living space with seating, TV, foosball and access to second composite deck and back yard. Fantastic house!
This was one of the best houses we’ve stayed in on the Cape! The primary bedroom is large and super comfortable…room for yoga/workouts even! The a/c kept things nice and cool, along with the naturally cool basement. The fire pit and bikes were an extra bonus. Proximity to rail trail bike path could not have been more convenient. Only hard part was pulling out of neighborhood onto hwy 6A with the busy summer traffic. Overall great location, great house!
