Discover The Homestead, a spacious Brewster getaway located just 0.6 miles from Crosby Landing Beach, with Nickerson State Park and the Cape Cod Rail Trail nearby for even more ways to get outside and explore.



Inside, there’s plenty of room for your group to gather. Cook up dinner in the spacious kitchen, sit down together in the inviting dining area, or settle into the large living room for a movie while the gas fireplace keeps you cozy after a day out on the Cape.



The Homestead sleeps up to 10 guests across four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. On the first floor, the king primary bedroom features an en suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. A half bathroom is also located on this floor. Upstairs, you’ll find two queen bedrooms, a fourth bedroom with two twin bunk beds, and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.



Outside, the generous yard gives everyone more room to spread out. Fire up the propane grill for dinner, rinse off in the outdoor shower after a trip to Crosby Landing Beach, or gather around the wood-burning fire pit in the evening. Dogs are welcome to come along, too.



When you’re ready to explore, spend the day at nearby Nickerson State Park, hop on the Cape Cod Rail Trail, or stop by local favorite Cobie’s for a bite to eat.

Highly recommend this property! It was close enough to dining, shopping etc but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. We walked the beach that’s located at the end of the street, and had plenty of room for the 10 adults that stayed. Ample parking as well. I think this will be an annual booking for us!
