Ruhig gelegene 3-Zimmerwohnung für max. 6 Personen in einem Mehrfamilienhaus im 1. Stock. Balkon gegen Süden. Fenster mit Rolladen. Nicht rollstuhlgängig da Treppenhaus. Aussen nummerierter Parkplatz gleich vor dem Haus. Vermieterin wohnt in Brigels und ist im Notfall persönlich vor Ort erreichbar. Das überschaubare Skigebiet/die Bergbahnen, die Sportanlagen (Badesee, Minigolfplatz, Spielplatz ...) und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im wunderbaren Bergdorf Brigels mit seinen hervorragenden Restaurants sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Gratis-Ortsbus im Winter, die nächste Haltestelle ist 200 Meter vom Haus entfernt. Im Sommer gratis Wandershuttle-Bus von Brigels-Waltensburg-Andiast und zurück. Kleine Haustiere nur auf telefonische Voranfrage bei Frau Defuns und zusätzlich CHF 50.00 Reinigungskosten. Nichtraucher Unterkunft. Wohnung ohne Teppichböden.
