The unassuming facade, tucked away in a peaceful court, invites you into a spacious & airy open plan living area, perfect for families or friends to relax and mingle. Venture out onto the large deck overlooking the huge yard, the ultimate place for little ones to explore.

The sunny & open living space features a large tv/dvd with wifi provided. Congregate in the dining area by the enclosed wood fire or cool down under the split system in Summer.

The light & airy fully equipped kitchen offers everything you could need to create a family feast or BBQ with mountain views on the spacious deck. Wine & dine under the stars or watching the world go by way beneath you.

Three comfortable & cosy bedrooms sleep 6 guests with all bedding & linen provided.
Two roomy bedrooms include queen beds with your own tv to wind down after a long day.

The 3rd bedroom, perfect for little ones offers 2 single beds also with their own tv.

A modern master bathroom features a large open shower with luxe double rain shower head. A second bathroom with shower sits off your fully equipped laundry, so no queues needed!

This property is booked for you and only you.

You will have the entire property to yourselves however bedroom access and price is determined by guest numbers.

* Extra bedrooms will be closed off and can only be made available for a a small additional fee. *1-2 guests offers 1 bedroom, 3-4 guests offers 2 bedrooms, 5-6 guests offers 3 bedrooms. Exceptions apply for bookings of 5 nights or more.
