The cabin was clean and the owners are some of the friendliest I have ever encountered. The facility’s are great and it’s a perfect spot for a get away with the family. Kids had a blast.

Dear Management Team, I am writing to formally express my disappointment with our recent stay at Porepunkah Pines Holiday Park, where we had booked a standard cabin. We have stayed at many of your parks previously and have always had positive experiences, which makes this visit particularly disappointing. Unfortunately, this was by far the worst accommodation we have encountered, and we made the decision to leave after only two nights due to the unacceptable condition of the cabin. Upon arrival, we were confronted with a significant ant infestation throughout the cabin not only in the kitchen area but also in the beds. We had to spray and wipe down ants ourselves immediately on arrival. Regrettably, I did not take photos of this at the time, but it was extremely distressing, particularly with children present. The photos attached clearly show the overall poor condition of the cabin, including: - Severe damage and deterioration to cabinetry - Unsanitary bathroom fixtures - A dirty and poorly maintained kitchen tap - Dirty linen found on the bunk bed underneath the sheet In our view, the cabin was not in a suitable or hygienic condition to be rented to guests. In addition to the accommodation issues, my children felt unsafe walking around the park due to dogs barking aggressively at them as they passed caravans, which further impacted our experience. Given the circumstances and the fact that we had to cut our stay short, I believe it is reasonable to request compensation

We loved our stay at in a 2 bedroom spa cabin. Cabin was amazingly spacious ...and there was a river and suspension bridge right outside our front door! Beautiful location ...a few minutes drive to Bright, and close to Buffalo Mountain. Manager was amazingly kind and helpful.

We stay at house 2. Service was good bcoz we were out off the gas bottle after the emergency call they gave us. House was too old. Like doors were not closing properly. Not lock on bathroom and toilet. Master bedroom bed was broken in middle. Heating blankets connections was not connected.

Very basic cabin and dated . Very small bathroom . In an already cramped cabin there was a fold up bed squashed next to table under tv in line of vision . Road noise terrible . Staff very friendly, pool very good , location very good .

It was located in a good area with great views. If you were a bike rider there were plenty of tracks available. Punka pub food was very good and was an easy walk from the park to the pub and back. The only hiccup was there was no safety rail to help you get into the spa bath/shower.

Easy to book and affordable. We booked 2 bedroom cabin - both bedrooms were nicely made, clean and tidy. Bathroom was clean. There was a small kitchenette with microwave, hot plate, kettle and necessary utensils. It has a small fridge and a television too. We also had our own tiny balcony where we enjoyed morning tea. There is a river nearby and a walking trail. We really enjoyed our morning walk and the surrounding area is peaceful and absolutely beautiful. Staff were really really helpful with our questions. We felt welcomed and well-accommodated by staff. Upon our arrival, it was easy to check in, staff provided us with some helpful info and pamphlets and they had already turned on the heater in our cabin. We were nice and toasty when we entered our cabin. Overall, we enjoyed our weekend stay in Porepunkah Pines Holiday Park. Recommended
