Beautiful & Peaceful 4 bedroom House in Brighton, with garden, EV & driveway

Light & spacious, newly refurbished 4 double bedroom house nestled at the top entrance of Brighton next to the South Downs, with EV charger, driveway enough for 3 cars, large garden, decking and BBQ. Sleeps up to 8 people. 4 good sized double bedrooms ( 2 king & 2 double beds) & 2 bathrooms. There is a lovely large open plan living and dining area, the kitchen has an oven, hobs , fridge, freezer and washing machine. The living and dining space lead out onto the beautiful garden which has a decked area with garden furniture and BBQ for you to enjoy at your leisure. Two bedrooms with king size beds are located on the ground floor & Two bedrooms with double beds are upstairs, one of the bedrooms upstairs has a dedicated work space which overlooks the garden. On the ground floor there is a family bathroom with a bath, over head shower and WC. Upstairs there is a shower room with WC. The property has a long drive enough to fit 3-4 cars, there is also plenty of free on street parking. DOGS - Dogs are welcome, but please do let us know on your initial request as there is an additional £55 charge. Please Note: Any dogs that stay at the property should be fully house-trained, and are not to be left unattended at the house at any time. LOCATION - Just a 10 minute drive to the city centre, this is a great base to explore Brighton and Hove without being in the noisy hustle and bustle.If you do not wish to drive, The number 27 (Westdene - Saltdean) bus has a stop which is just a 5 minute walk round the corner, and will take you to the centre of Brighton, Taxis or Ubers are very quick to the area, and cost around £10-12 to the city centre. The house has quick access to the A23 should you like to visit the surrounding areas of Sussex. Id you enjoy walks, then this is the place for you, we are a stones throw away from Green Ridge park which takes you along past the stunning Windmill, as well as Gatton park which is just behind the property. The Devil's Dyke & South Downs National Park are also nearby.

Lovely location near the sea, very quiet neighbourhood.very peaceful setting near to facilities. The house was spacious with access to a garden and very comfortable. We had everything we needed and it was very clean which is important when you have little ones. We would recommend it and would definitely stay again .
