location was good the property smelt damp and fusty.The quilt was only a single quilt it needs to be a double.the linen and towels were clean.To gain rear access I had to chop down weeds and thorns to gain entry through the rear door.The stairs to the front door in the basement are unsafe and require immediate attention.A proper oven rather than two heating rings would be an advantage.Overall the property was almost value for money and I would stay again if the improvements were implemented.
