Everything you need is on your door step whilst being tucked up Cosey in the nest with sea views and historical views of Regency square it self. Try some oysters at the famous regency cafe just a few doors down and explore the English coast line with ease.

The space
This is a very respectable building with some elderly people who live below so please be mindful and respectful of noise levels especially after 9pm try and tread a little lighter ;)
