Excellent stylish and clean property with easy ground floor access.

The property was in superb condition on arrival and the facilities within including furniture, kitchen and bathroom were excellent. It was easy to get into the property and is on the ground floor and on one floor makes it easy to access and move about. The only minor issue with the location was that the property was at the top of a large hill, so, walking to the property might be a problem for some. The property does, however, come with parking permits for on-road parking which on this occasion we did not use. Toiletries and cleaning products were all supplied, as was coffee, tea, sugar and one small bottle of milk. Modern and newly furnished including a large, firm, double bed. The property is an ideal base for exploring Brighton and is excellent value for money.
