Great customer service following an unforeseen problem!

A group of my friends and I had booked to stay at the property for one night and unfortunately, the night before we were due to stay, the flat was flooded by a burst pipe in the above apartment. Lee was incredibly helpful and organised. He arranged for us to not only be placed in a slightly larger property for the evening, but removed our check out time on the Sunday so we were able to have a lazy morning and really enjoy our time in Brighton. I'm incredibly grateful for his attentiveness and clear communication, and although we did not end up staying in this particular property, I would recommend booking with MyAirHost.
