Perfect location and such a lovely apartment

My partner and I booked a weekend in July to see Bonobo play on the beach, and this apartment was perfect for our stay (although the gig was oversold and had everyone packed in like sardines). It has everything you could need and overlooks a lovely green just up from the beach.We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived – the apartment felt even better than the photos, with high‑quality bedding and furniture that made it very comfortable and a lovely bay window that is perfect for people watching. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Brighton.A note on parking: as it’s central Brighton, on‑street parking is limited. We managed to park fairly cheaply at the Sainsbury’s about a 20 minute walk away, which worked well for us.

The apartment was lovely . There was an outside satircase in the main bedroom so we couldn’t open the window. The location was very close to the beach . Unfortunately lots of homeless people in the park and we had a the police called for a domestic incident outside our apartment late at night which our kids found very confronting.

Great suite in a fantastic location

Unit was clean and as advertised. Good communication with property manager. Love the awesome location right off St James Street. One of the couches is quite old with limited comfort but the other couch is quite comfortable.

A bright and welcoming place with a lovely sea view and a convenient location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants.True to the description with everything we needed, the apartment provided a safe and homely space along with a very comfortable bed. Great fir a weekend for two in Brighton, very central, lovely location. Lovely apartment, basic but everything you need and everything worked as expected. Lots of stairs, not abproblem for us, but worth noting. Would definitely use again.

Perfect in every way

Parking outside, seaview from dining table, well stocked kitchen, great shower, large bedroom, comfy bed, plenty of wardrobe space and hangers, fantastic location overlooking green, sea views and coffee and cafes on the doorstep. What more could you want for a visit to Brighton. I would never stop in a hotel again with this property on offer with a living area to chill out in instead of a hotel bed!! Amazing communication with Jess before and during our stay. The only teeny tiny thing was collecting key from a shop where we just had to park on double yellows and run in for the key.
