Do not stay here even if your life depends on it!!
The worst place I have ever stayed. Blocked sinks, broken dishwasher, fridge not accessible. Place not cleaned before arrival. Floor covered with food and drink. I had a pair of flip flops to wear around the place. The soles were so disgusting at the end of the stay, I had to throw them out! I messaged the host so many times for them to get maintenance and a cleaner and they did nothing but give empty promises until I checked out. I have taken photos to show how bad it was but nothing could capture the smell of the place!! It might have been the drains. It was vile. I didn’t unpack as I was afraid my clothes would get filthy. We are in the middle of a pandemic and zero effort had been made to clean this place. Communication from the host and from Hotels.com has been diabolical. I have requested a refund but despite chasing this many times I have still no confirmation of this. I will never book with Hotels.com again!! This property has obviously been in this state for a long time yet no effort has been made to fix the problems. The host is obviously a cowboy who is happy to rent this place out, take customers hard earned cash and field the complaints until the customers check out. Shameful!!
