The spacious living area is on the top floor with an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen. The balcony with outdoor furniture is off the lounge and on this floor there is also a laundry with washing machine, dryer and a separate toilet.
On the ground floor, entry level are three bedrooms and a family bathroom with shower and another separate toilet.

Lovely view from the balcony
An easy care holiday place with a great kitchen and all the utensils. The BBQ was great too. Having a second toilet was useful with our family. Most areas were relatively clean except the two deck areas had a lot of sand and the chairs had not been wiped down. Other than that, it was in a great location to the beach and walk to the pub, cafe, beaches and ice cream shop.

No Soap
There was sand over the floors in the downstairs bedroom. Difficult to find key box when arriving at property. Many items listed as required for stay eg tea, sugar etc but I was expecting soap to be supplied.
