The kitchen has been stylishly renovated to include ample storage and comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and gas cooktop. The spacious dining area with a 12 seater dining suite opens up to the covered deck complete with built in BBQ area and outdoor seating options. The deck is a great addition to the fully secured yard with space for the kids to play and pets to roam. The outdoor space offers a firepit, outdoor shower and, for the keen anglers, a fish bench to clean and prepare the catch of the day.
An Endless Summer Holiday House accommodates 10 guests with 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, two with queen beds, another with a queen and a king single and the fourth bedroom offers 2 sets of king single bunks. Other features of this comfortable island home include large living spaces, 2 stylish fully tiled bathrooms, one with separate toilet and a covered outdoor entertaining area. All of this in a convenient location, moments from eateries and local amenities such as the enclosed swimming area, boat ramp and Amity General Store.
A sliding gate allows guests to store boats and other water toys safely in the yard, along with off-street parking for two vehicles at the front of the house.
