It was located in a good spot with a quick walk to the bus station. They didn't change the towels or bedding with the room service. The service from the front desk staff was very professional and kind, the restaurant though had staff playing loud music while guests were eating and were on their phones quite a bit.

Dirty shower. Rude staff. hot water in shower temperamental and no pressure. Kettle too small and bin too small. Parking is ridiculous overpriced and inconvenient, Balcony has no views with neighbours peering into your unit. NO PRIVACY. Never ever again would I stay here or recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s atrocious!

Great blinds that leave no side gaps. Very close to Gabba, restaurants, transport, groceries. Room has microwave. Only complaint was aircon. I wasn't the only one who misunderstood how to turn it on and another guest also had a sleepless hot night. From the staff response, this seems common. Instructions are put on the table but easily missed. They really need to be put on the wall next to the aircon control. My only complaint though.

Great location, parking a large vehicle may be challenging, bed was not properly made found stained on mattress protector, cleaning staff slightly reluctant to change it

The location would be convenient if you didn't have a car. There is limited parking at the hotel, so if you haven't booked (which I didn't, because I neglected to read the fine print), you're left circling the block, trying to find a park in neighbouring streets. Luckily, those street parks have no time limits, so you can keep your car there for as long as possible. The aircon didn't work in my room until I reported it. The room itself is nice, but there were small things that made it feel cheap (i.e. sliding door to bathroom kept getting jammed, the glass wall of the shower doesn't cover much of the shower, so water ends up all over the bathroom (tiled!) floor). The check-in staff were lovely though!
