Do not stay here. We booked two rooms, paid in full, with everything confirmed. At check-in, they gave us one room and promised the second within hours. That second room never materialised. At nine thirty PM, when we returned, reception informed us they had overbooked and sold our room, the one we had checked in to and paid for. With no apology whatsoever, they placed us in a budget motel fifteen minutes away. Reception had confirmed available keys at seven PM. When the manager called on Monday morning, rather than apologize, he was aggressive and dismissive, claiming he couldn’t understand why we’d be upset about sleeping elsewhere after paying for two rooms. He then threatened to blacklist us for our frustration. We received no compensation or refund for the room we never occupied. The service was appalling from start to finish. Do yourself a favour and book elsewhere

Got a double room which should be a single. No room to move 2 people around the bed, no hanging space. Sensor lights in the bathroom that don't go off for 20 mins so good luck trying to go to the bathroom before you sleep or in the middle of the night. No working heat pump or TV (not programmed). The room gradually got hotter and hotter. No coffee or tea in the room. A tiny bathroom where we couldn't put a toilet bag anywhere but on the floor. Toilet paper was wet from previous person who used the wet room shower where water goes everywhere. No guide re how to use phones to call reception, we had to Google general hotel guides that suggested call 9 which finally worked. When told about the problems were told sorry nothing I can do and the hotel is booked up, no other rooms. Upon complaining and asking to speak to the manager suddenly rooms became available which had normal lights that can be turned off, a heat pump that worked but a TV that wasn't programmed. At this stage we were exhausted and didn't care about using the TV. Additionally if you like very thick pillows you're in luck. No views from the rooms unless you like views of air conditioning units

Rooms are tiny, no closets. Essentially a step up from a Tokyo capsule hotel. Description needs to make this clear. Overpriced for what is delivered.
