Designed for family vacations, golf weekends, reunions, retreats, holidays, and milestone stays, Aspen combines a large waterfront home with private-resort amenities.

Wake to panoramic lake views through soaring walls of glass. Swim from the private beach, launch kayaks and paddleboards, soak in the 9-person hot tub, or unwind in the 6-person barrel sauna. THE LAKEFRONT EXPERIENCE

The lake is not simply a view at Aspen—it is where much of the stay unfolds.

Lakefront amenities include the private beach and dock, 2 kayaks, 2 paddleboards, the 9-person hot tub, 6-person barrel sauna, a stone fire pit with Adirondack seating for up to 12, firewood, covered outdoor dining, a large outdoor TV, built-in sound, and accordion-style glass doors connecting the bar to the patio.

Lake Shangrila is a private residential lake community known for swimming, paddling, boating, fishing, and a long-running annual ice-fishing derby. Fishing conditions and catches are never guaranteed. Guests are responsible for applicable licenses, regulations, and safe water or ice practices.

PRIVATE PONTOON CHARTERS

Private skipper-operated pontoon charters are available in 2-hour windows for $500.

Each charter includes the pontoon, fuel, a private skipper, and a 2-hour Lake Shangrila experience. The pontoon is not included with the nightly rate and may not be operated independently by guests.

Request available times after booking. Charters are subject to skipper availability, weather, lake conditions, and safe operation.

BATHROOMS, FITNESS & CONVENIENCE

Aspen offers 5 bathrooms total: 4 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom.

The main level has 2 full bathrooms, including the primary ensuite and a second full bathroom serving the office bunk room and main living areas. The lower level has 2 full bathrooms serving the St. Regis, Limelight, and White Elephant king rooms. A half bathroom is near the upper entertainment spaces.

The lower level also features a massive private exercise room with substantially more space and privacy than a typical vacation-rental gym.

Additional conveniences include central air conditioning, full-size guest laundry, a dedicated workspace, multiple lake-view lounges, and 7 TVs with Apple TV streaming devices. Guests use their own streaming subscriptions and should sign out before departure.

PET-FRIENDLY STAYS

Up to 2 pets are welcome for $200 per pet, per stay.

Please include every pet on the reservation before arrival. Pets must be supervised outdoors, especially near the open shoreline and neighboring properties. Guests are responsible for cleanup and pet-related damage.
