Okay for the price (and the aggravation)

Room was good, pillows were kinda hard. My biggest complaint was the people in the room above mine (I was in 139). From 11 PM to 4:30 AM, I think they were running a marathon in the room. Constant footsteps and furniture being moved and dropped. Probably should have contacted the front desk ( the gentleman on duty told me that "I would have stopped that in five minutes "), but zi was too tired!!! Still got up at 5:45, because it started all over sgain!! Other than that, the stay was rather nice. Wish the TV had better channel options, though.

So, the room was okay. Beds were uncomfortably firm for me. Our bathroom smelled like someone had just smoked a cigarette in there. However, the front desk staff - both the night guy and the lady the next morning - were very friendly, pleasant and helpful. It wasn't an awful experience, especially for the price. Just unfortunate in some ways.

The hotel staff were very friendly. The room was clean and very comfortable. The only thing that stood out as could be improved is that the ice machine on the main level did not work. This was an easy fix though, the machine on the 2nd level worked great.

I was only here for a short night, so difficult to fairly rate. All of my expectations were easily met except for having no ice available on my floor the next morning. In all fairness I didn't check with any staff (no one was at front desk) about other options. I would definitely come back for another stay.

You get what you pay for. Older hotel in desperate need of repair and updates, albeit cleN. Beds not so comfortable, but it is what it is. Those of us with back ens always have troubles with any hotel bed
