Cold shower required!

When we arrived it was 32oC outside so we wanted a cool shower. Unfortunately there was a problem with the shower being boiling hot. Eventually after an hour of trying to get hold of someone we had the shower fixed. Worked the following morning then went wrong again. Didn't bother complaining again due to previous communication difficulties. Mattress on bed springy and you could feel springs in your back. Good location and clean throughout but put off by Shower and bed unfortunately.
