The hotel staff were all friendly and efficient. The hotel was in a convenient location for exploring the city. The rooms were small but comfortable. Food was of good quality for evening meal and breakfasts. Parking was limited soonly those wh get there early get a space and its £20 a night

Mediocre

Mediocre hotel at best but stayed due to proximity to train station and other friends staying there. Purposely avoided driving as I knew parking was expensive. Bottled water for Hilton members only is a poor and disappointing rule, when 99% of hotels offer this as standard. There was no hot water to wash my face - left the tap running for over 5 mins. Shower took an age to warm up in the morning as well. Breakfast was decent tbf - a saving grace.

Lovely staff, room well prepared. There was an issue where we couldn’t turn the aircon off so it was annoyingly noisy all night. Bed is also cheap and springy. Room good, hotel well located and good price.

Hotel had a good location. Although we were on first floor facing the main road we didn't hear any road noise at night. However the room door was very thing so could hear everything in the corridor. Mattress was an old spring one which was rather lumpy and bouncy and duvert was very thin. Quite cold at night. Staff were helpful and kind. Breakfast was good.

Its definitely was not worth my £204. I would of espected a nicer room and the one we had was just standard. The chair infront of the mirror was dirty. It was hot in our room. Tried to turn it down and was still hot. The laddies at reception both enterance and when we left was lovely and breakfast was good. Just would have preferred a better room

Perfect stay

Lovely one night stay. Tayla on reception was amazing when checking us in, and treated us to some complimentary drinks for my friend’s birthday. Nice, clean room. Perfect location for central Bristol and only a short walk from Temple Meade. Would recommend and will definitely return on my next visit to Bristol.
