Room booked was better than I could imagine family loved it. Staff were really friendly and helpful too I recommend staying at this resort if staying in Bristol for a short spell and have activities going on in and around the area. The room was clean, and the staff were good, the location is central and parking on site. The only downside was the breakfast waiter who was slow, non-present and had to be asked repeatedly to clean up and eventually I spotted him wiping his face with the cloth he was using to clean the tables.
