The customer service was outstanding. The best I've received in years. It started with a warm and friendly welcome when I checked in after a long journey. The gentleman on reception greeted me with a genuone smile, the process was speedy and I liked that he advised me my room number was written in the keycard, rather than saying it out loud as is usually the case. As a woman travelling alone, I appreciated this. The room was clean, spacious and the bed and pullows were comfortable. The shower had good pressure, though I wasn't impressed with the bath. The plug hole in the middle of the bath was awkward and when you stand on it the bath filled up, which was also right under the showerhead. The bath was also quite high to get into for someone who isn't that tall. Breakfast was hot and fresh, and It was nice that someone visoted the table to make sure everything was ok, and ask if there was anything else they could offer. Dinner in the restaurant was lovely and fresh.Every member of staff I met greeted me with a smile, and asked if I'd had a good day. That small detail means a lot when you travel lots for work. In summary, quite simply excellent. The customer service is outstanding!
