Overall we had a fabulous stay. Lovely, Lovely room. Almost an apartment. Breakfast was brilliant. Continental and full English. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Top marks for all of this. The only thing we would like to mention,,, we were cold. Despite putting the heating on. No extra blanket anywhere. We put the towels over the duvet and slept soundly after that. A wonderful place to stay and will definitely be back. Thankyou. X

The room stank of a toilet and the sink didn't drain and the tv didn't work! We were offered a different room and did move on the second night, but the smell was much the same and the bed was a mattress topper on top of a black base - not a great night's sleep.

Wifi didn't work, curtains were too small for windows, TV only had BBC1 and 2, day two tea bags weren't supplied, bed was badly made. and finally car park e wasn't discounted as promised.
