Lovely room, bathroom is slightly on the small side. Adequate though. Parking underneath the hotel is brilliant - £16 for the night. No complaints whatsoever, we will definitely return.

A nice friendly hotel.

The receptionist from Portugal, Marie on arrival was very helpful checking me in. She showed a real interest in my break which I appreciated. The hotel is close to the train station. Very good breakfast and comfortable rooms

My wife and I paid £71 for one night which included breakfast. We chose this hotel because it had on-site underground parking and was located close to the Bristol City centre. We were surprised with the quality of our stay given the price. The room was spacious with a huge, comfortable bed. The bathroom had a deep bathtub and a nice shower. What really surprised us was the selection of food on offer. We only had breakfast but I have to say, this is probably the best hotel I've used in the UK when it came to variety of food and drink for breakfast. We’ll definitely use Novotel again.

Located within walking distance of train station. Check in is at 2pm and checkout is at noon which is convenient if you have transportation other than a car. Staff very accommodating. Breakaft is lovely and comfortable. Room clean..beds comfortable.

Could’ve been better. Stayed in better ones.

Cramped and a little dirty. When they came to make our room up the next day.. they left filthy coffee mugs and dirty spoons. Not the usual Novotel fare. There was music on on the Sunday night which perhaps we could’ve been warned about as we were right above it on the first floor and we had two young children who couldn’t sleep until it finished. No room to keep a pram so we were on top of each other.. felt perhaps a family room would’ve been better equipped.

The rooms was good but the walls are so thin I believe that the whole night we kept on hearing loud noises from other rooms, door banging etc. Good breakfast and friendly atmosphere.

Comfort with quality

I came here with my family for a quick stay and loved every bit of it. Not only the staff being super friendly, the location is ideal and everything is just around a short walk. The room size is okay but comfortable. We opted for their breakfast which was warm and lovely. Over all we loved our stay here.
