Check in staff member was great, check out staff didn’t seem too engaged in her job. Room was clean, bed comfy, bathroom satisfactory, however cold showers in the morning. Location excellent, parking straight forward, £16 for 24 hours. Entrance lobby very clean and smells beautiful.

Really noisy, the walls are really thin and we unfortunately had super noisy people either side. The hotel is dated and need upgrading really, for the money I've stayed in nicer hotels in Bristol. The staff were friendly fair play and the location is good, but I won't be back due to having a horrendous sleep due to noise.

Clean spacious but rock hard bed

The hotel was nice and done up for halloween. It was very clean. The food was good in the bar. The room was a good size clean lots of space only down size was the bed, it was rock hard. I know hotel beds are firm but this was beyond firm
